Do I need a medical card to shop at MSC3?
If you would like to purchase any product from our medical selection a valid, state issued - MMJ patient and/or caregiver card along with a valid state ID or drivers license is required to shop at our location.
Do you accept temporary approval emails from the State of Michigan?
Yes, We accept temporary card emails issued by the state of Michigan. Medical marijuana patients in Michigan who apply for their marijuana registry card online may now use their approval email which included their state issued patient registry number as a temporary substitute for a valid registry card in order to obtain their medication the same day they are approved
**Please note that this approval email is only valid until patients receive their card in the mail or for up to 10 days from the date of the approval email. After the 10th day you will need your hard card to continue shopping at MSC3.
Do u accept out of state patient cards?
Yes, we accept an out of state patient cards so long as the qualifying patient has a valid unexpired MMJ registry card or its equivalent issued in another state, district, or territory, commonwealth or insular possession of the United States that allows the medical use of marijuana, along with a valid unexpired matching state issued ID or drivers license.
Do you conduct certifications at your shop?
While state law prohibits MSC3 from conducting certifications on premises there are a number of places/options to utilize to assist you in obtaining your Michigan state issued MMJ patient card. Please visit CLICK HERE for more info.
Is my friend allowed to come in the store with me?
We do offer a waiting area which guests are free to wait in.
Can I use my cell phone in the store?
No, we ask that all cell phone use be prohibited while shopping.
As a patient how much cannabis am I legally possess/purchase?
Each patient is legally allowed to possess 2.5 ounces. Each MMJ patient is allowed to purchase up to 2.5 ounces daily or up to 10 ounces a month, whichever comes first.
As a caregiver how much cannabis am I legally possess/purchase?
Each caregiver is allowed to possess up to 12.5 ounces in total depending on the amount of patients that caregiver has. Caregivers are allowed purchase up to 2.5 ounces for each patient that they are connected to thru the Michigan registry.
